The Tacx Flow is part of the new generation of ergotrainers. Heart rate, power (Watts), speed and pedalling frequency are measured and shown on the aerodynamic cycle computer's modern display. These four types of training data provide you with important tools for working on your fitness in a targeted and efficient manner and delivering optimum performance.
You can see your setting at a glance: a brake indicator displays braking performance and a bar chart shows the gradient graphically. Operation is simple. The programme can be adjusted during the training session for power or gradient resistance.
